WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a key member of our AV Engineering team, you’ll:

• Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales during early client engagement, assisting in site visits, needs assessments, and presenting solutions.
• Design Solutions: Translate client requirements into high-performance AV system designs including UC platforms (Zoom/Teams), Audio Systems, LED walls, Camera switching, and Collaboration tools.
• Develop Documentation: Produce equipment diagrams, infrastructure requirements, executive summaries, and cost estimates.
• Client-Focused Engineering: Attend design meetings with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment with vision and technical feasibility.
• Showcase Technology: Coordinate with vendors to demonstrate emerging tech and evaluate products for client presentations.
• Project Handoffs: Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation.
• Quality Control: Review completed systems to ensure execution matches design intent.
• Drive Innovation: Stay up to date on AV trends and mentor others in the department through knowledge-sharing and leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in the AV industry in design or engineering roles.
• CTS-D and/or CTS-I certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (preferred).
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for follow-through and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
