We seek a dedicated, service-oriented professional to join our team as an Audiovisual Lead Installer in our Wilmington, MA facility.

Ideal Candidate will:

• Perform installations of audio visual equipment to include: Ceiling/wall mounted speakers (LCD projectors, plasmas, TV’s, microphones, smartboards, rear-projection screens, etc.), AV Racks, cabling infrastructure, wall plates and interfaces (audio, video or control), microphones, display screens and ceiling/wall mount cameras
• Perform terminations on audio, video and control connectors
• Possess the ability to read and understand AV CAD Diagrams & Architectural Diagrams
• Possess the ability to test and troubleshoot basic and advanced integrated audiovisual installations
• Be the on-site liaison between the Client and AV Project Manager
• On-site supervision of AV Installers & Subcontractors
• Be responsible for the timely and complete installation of basic and advanced audiovisual installations
• Ability to update the team with a daily job status report

Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the audio/visual field or a related field preferred performing installation work
• Ability to load and troubleshoot DSP Configurations and Control System Code
• Basic Understanding of Network Topology
• ICIA CTS Certification
• ICIA CTS-I Certification preferred
• Strong Attention to Detail & Processes
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and travel overnight as required
• Experience with Windows 10 and O365 preferred
• Physical Demands:
  • Ability to go up and down a ladder repeatedly
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to lift and install product overhead in the ceiling
• Appropriate visual acuity to terminate cables
