Definition:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our small Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the digital campaigns and website performance, defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with media campaign objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight. The role will also involve conducting conversion optimization consultancies, with the aim of improving efficiency in our digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI. The successful candidate will have an excellent, in-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, along with experience in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns is essential. The position will have responsibility for Social Media and Blog Posts, in collaboration with other blog writers, to maintain a consistent and cohesive communication.

Job Functions:

Digital Marketing Campaigns, Website and Digital Content

  • Play an active role in identifying new creative assets and campaigns for multiple channels
  • Participate in project planning/prioritization, data prioritization, and other strategic marketing initiatives
  • Corroborate/study and add to existing persona assumptions
  • Monitor and directly manage the performance of various marketing channels and campaigns including PPC, landing pages, workflows, ecards, SEO, social media, ad words,
  • Maintain dashboards and reports that provide insight and visualization of performance against KPIs, projections, and historical performance.
  • Provide in depth analysis and recommendations for improvement every quarter to drive business and marketing decisions
  • Support our digital marketing content strategy with regular social media/blog posts based upon editorial calendar

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • PC Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis and creating dashboards, pivot tables, weekly reports, and graphs.
  • Expert Level with Google Analytics, Moz, Facebook Ads Manager, AdWords, and other related tools
  • HubSpot Certified
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Basic Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) preferred
  • Proficient knowledge in website design, ideally with Word press

Level of Education/Experience

  • BS/BA degree
  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience
