Architectural Products (AP) Sales Representative
 
As an AP sales representative you will be responsible for establishing, developing and/or maintaining business relationships with Massachusetts clients, offering a broad spectrum of architectural products and services (raised access flooring, demountable walls, lighting solutions, speech privacy products, etc.), to meet and exceed sales volume and profit goals in a team-based environment.
 
Ideal candidates will be high-energy, self-motivated individuals with:
 

• BS/BA degree
• 3+ solid years’ proven sales experience, preferably in the construction and/or commercial furniture industry, with business-to-business exposure
• Advanced sales skills, self-motivated and persistent
• Self-directed, takes initiative, resourceful, great problem solving ability
• Experience in sourcing leads and cold calling
• Detail oriented and organized, Ability to multi-task
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to establish and build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Utilizes technology and social networking to build contacts and client access
• Strong technical proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and CRM softwares
