The ideal candidate will:
- Function as primary client contact for furniture and/or integrated projects on behalf of Red Thread’s business segments in our “expanded Boston Metro” area
- Manage moderate to medium-scale furniture projects ($50K - $1 million) with an emphasis on cost effectiveness and customer experience
- Develop work plan, timeline schedule and logistics based on overall project parameters, schedule, scope, and budget
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including key project decisions, customer project requests and change order revisions
- Travel within southern New England; ability to work from our Manchester New Hampshire office as well as our Boston office exists
The qualified candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a furniture dealership environment
- Bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration or PMP designation
- Experience in managing resources, schedules and budgets
- Experience validating project labor pricing and troubleshoot product installation problems in the field
- Furniture product knowledge, design and construction experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and PC skills
- Ability to analyze and problem solve effectively
